HeartThrob Skateboards

Bird came by today with his new batch of boards that I designed for his company Heart Throb Skateboards. By the time you read this they should be available at Rukus, Small Time Skates, The Skatespot & Humidty.

The 2x2 Show

For my sorta official grand opening, I invited 12 artists to participate in a show I was dubbing The 2x2 show. I asked everyone to create a piece 24 inches square. Give or take few inches most followed the guidelines pretty well and they made a great show out of it. The show also ran in conjunction with the Mid-City Merchants White Light night, a bi-annual art hop down Government St. in Baton Rouge. Between informed friends and curious passers-by, there was a decent sized crowd around throughout the night. Here are some pics from the show.
